Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a convinent alternative to camping at the Gorge while attending a concert.
I love the lake's healing minerals , it's a great place to go just to kick back and relax

We stayed in the bridal suite on our wedding night, we had to wait for hours (still in my wedding dress) until the manager answered the phone to give us a key, that we had prearranged to pick up at the time we arrived by. And the room did not have anything bridal, wedding, or beautiful about it. I was very disappointed, my only regret from the night. And the customer service was awful.
Myself and my wife were passing through and thought to check out local places to stay for future vacations. The inn at soap lake was gorgeous. Their access to the lakefront is amazing and their landscaping was beautiful. The rooms were very nice as well. Its not my favorite color inside but that's about the only negative I could think of. Autumn at the front desk showed us around and was very personable and professional. We were only there a short time and it felt very welcoming and inviting. We are hoping to plan our next vacation at the inn at soap lake.
