Very clean, friendly environment, very nice campgrounds. Restrooms and Showers are great. Highly recommend it! Same day I checked out I went online and booked our next visit. I have three kids and their favorite part was the swimming pool. If you are tent camping they have the playground right next to and a basketball court.
Smokiam resort is the best place in soap Lake.its Absolutely a must see.its very well maintained, clean and tidy.Brad the owner is such a nice down to earth guy that will make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. Betty that works all over maintaining the grounds is a sweet heart. And the young beautiful girl in the office is a charm too..The pool is great,the sauna and hot tubs are also very nice .Smokiam has everything for everyone including lots of activities for children and grown-ups.please visit the place and enjoy the wonderful peaceful smokiam resort..
It was really beautiful. We stayed in the upgraded sites that were pull throughs and had grass and trees. The place was clean. The only complaint that I have is the cleaning of the bathroom during morning hours. Both Saturday and Sunday they were cleaning at 9 a.m. which I feel is a very odd time and people were waiting in line outside. When I suggested a change they said that they have to clean between 6 and 9 a.m. but to me that is prime time and especially very inconvenient for people in tents. There were showers by the pool so I guess not that bad.
Love the fact that kids were having fun anyways. There are pool, jakuzi, small golf for kids, steam room for adults. Sounds good, but as for me it is too crowded, camping spaces are too small, no privacy at all.
Great selection for camping with beautiful soap lake views. If you can, get a teepee, very spacious and fairly private. Mini golf was great too!
